Targeting early recovery through early rehabilitation

In principle, we mainly perform rehabilitation in the acute stage.

Scope of Medical Services

The department conducts eating / swallowing therapy rehabilitation for cerebrovascular diseases, motor system diseases, breathing problem and cardiac macrovascular disease according to the category of medical treatment fee-points.

Strong Fields

The department responds to the needs for early rehabilitation after pathogenesis, operations, and so forth. There is a high ratio of intractable neurological diseases, artificial joints after an operation, and postoperative hands.

Clinical Results

2,336 registered patients started rehabilitation in 2011 (including cerebral vascular disturbance 33%, motor system disease 32%, respiratory diseases 15%, and cardiac macrovascular disease 19%.

Educate other departments in the hospital about movement and transfer, falling, and so forth.
