March 1914 | A new building was built in Tsuruma-cho, Naka-ku (currently Showa-ku) and the school was relocated. |
July 1920 | Aichi Medical University was established. |
July 1922 | The name of Aichi Hospital was changed to Aichi Medical University Hospital. |
June 1924 | The name was changed to Aichi Medical University Affiliated Hospital. |
May 1931 | The jurisdiction was transferred; the names were respectively changed to Nagoya Medical University and Nagoya Medical University Affiliated Hospital. |
April 1939 | Nagoya Imperial University School of Medicine was started, and the name of the hospital was changed to Nagoya Imperial University School of Medicine-Affiliated Hospital. |
May 1939 | Nagoya Imperial University Provisional Affiliated Medical Division was established. |
February 1943 | Nagoya Imperial University Aviation Medicine Research Institute was established (abolished in January 1946). |

April 2001 | Medical Science Program, Master's Course, Graduate School of Medicine was established. |
April 2001 | The School of Medicine-Affiliated Pathological Control Research Institute and the School of Medicine-Affiliated Animal Test Facility were placed under the Graduate School of Medicine. |
April 2002 | Nursing Science Program of Master's Course ; Medical Technology Program of Master's Course; and Rehabilitation Therapy Program of Master's Course were established at the Graduate School of Medicine. |
April 2003 | The Center for Neurological Diseases and Cancer, Affiliated with the Graduate School of Medicine was established. |
