2023年度4月の学生定期健康診断を以下の通り実施します。

■対象学生■
大学院生（正規生：修士課程、博士課程　非正規生：研究生、大学院研究生）
※2022年秋期の定期診断を受診した留学生も受診対象者です。

※放射線業務従事及び有害物質を取り扱う予定の学生は、「2023年度特殊健康診断（第1回：5月9日～5月11日）」に加え、今回の「定期健康診断」は必須です。

■実施日■
2023年4月13日（木）　～　4月28日（金）

■予約方法■　
4月11日（火）から予約開始。 　　　　　　
機構アカウント・パスワードを使用して、予約システムへログイン。 　　　　　　　
＜保健管理室HP予約システム＞　　健康診断｜名古屋大学総合保健体育科学センター (nagoya-u.ac.jp)　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
→　予約完了後、「健診受付票」をダウンロードし、印刷またはスマホの表示画面を当日受付で提示

■検査内容■ 身長・体重・胸部X線・血圧・会話域聴力・健康個人調査　※コロナウィルス感染症防止のため視力検査は実施しません。 　　　　　
　　　　　　 尿検査・・・前もって学務課に尿検査キットを取りに来てください。

■会場■　　 東山キャンパス　保健管理室　＊予約当日に必ず健診してください。
■持ち物・着用着■ 学生証・健診受付票（印刷またはスマホ画面掲示）・両面無地のТシャツ（白以外も可）・マスク着用
■WEBによる検査結果■　健診を受けて3～7日後に保健管理室WEB上で確認できます。　
■健康診断証明書発行■　正規生のみ：健診を受けて3日～7日後に学内自動証明書発行機またはコンビニ発行にて可能。

【外部医療機関で健康診断を受診する学生】 学校保健安全法にもとづき学生定期健康診断の実施が義務付けられております。 学内の定期健康診断を受診せず、外部医療機関で受診した学生は、上記の検査内容の2023年度1月から12月の診断結果（コピー可）をもってこれに代えることができますので、学務課大学院係まで提出してください。この場合は、大学から健康診断書の発行はできません。提出期限は2024年1月下旬までです。

■Eligible Student■
Students :Master Course, Doctoral Course, Research Students and Graduate Research Students

*Internatinal students who have taken the health examination of fall 2022 is also required to take the regular health examination this time.

*For student planning to be engaged in radiation work and handle harmful substances, this "regular health examinations" is required. AY 2023 1st special health examination will carry out from May 9 to May 11, 2023.

→　After booking, download "健診受付票(Health reception Slip)" , print it or show your screen of your mobile at the reception on the day of reservation.

■Medical Examination Items■ Physical measurement, Chest X-ray, blood pressure/pulse, conversational hearing and interview. *Visual acuity test is not performed due to prevent infection. 　　　　　
Urinalysis : Urine collection tubes are provided by the sudent affairs office in Tsurumai Campus. Before your health examination day,
please come to our office to pick up urine collection tube.

■Venue for examination■　Health Administration Office at Higashiyama Campus of Nagoya University
■Belongings■ Student ID card, 健康受付票(Health reception Slip), wear a plain T-shirt (colored T-shirt is possible) , wear a mask
■Result on the WEB■　You can check it in 3 to 7 days after health exmination day.
■Certificates■ You can get it from Automatic Machine on each campus or print at convenience store
in 3 to 7 days after health exmination day.

【For those who have their medical examination at another institution】 Based on the School Health and Safety Law, it is obligatory to carry out regular student health examinations. Therefore, please submit the copy of the result of your health examination to the student affairs office on Tsurumai Campus. It is valid only when you are taken between January 2023 to December 2023. Once we receive it, we will recognize that you have had the health examination for this year. Nagoya University do not issue a certificate with this result.
