2020年4月博士課程入学者　各位

4月11日（土）に予定されておりました博士課程ガイダンスは、COVID-19感染拡大防止のため中止となりました。

ガイダンスは行いませんが、4月11日（土）14時から15時までの間、基礎研究棟１階　会議室１にて学生証、名大ID・初期パスワード・全学メールアドレス通知書及び履修についての資料を配布いたします。

4月11日（土）にお越しになることが困難な場合は4月13日から17日までの間、学務課大学院係窓口にお越しください。

なお、学生証及び名大ID・初期パスワード・全学メールアドレス通知書は本人のみへお渡しいたします。代理の方へお渡しすることはできませんのでご了承下さい。

来学が困難な場合には以下のメールアドレスへご連絡下さい。

To Students Enrolled in April, 2020,

Due to preventing spread of COVID-19 infection, Nagoya University has cancelled the guidance.  Instead, we distribute some items.  Details are as following:

Date: April 11^th (Sat.)

Time: 14:00-15:00

Venue: Basic Medical Research Building, 1^st floor, Conference Room 1

Items to distribute:

①Nagoya University student card

② Notice letter showing Nagoya University ID with its initial password, Nagoya University Email address.

③Materials regarding course registration

When difficulties causing on the day to collect items,

Please come to the counter of the graduate student section at Student affairs office during the period from April 13^th to 17^th. It must be taken in person.

Please be advised that it is not allowed for this by proxy.
