学生各位 To Target Student

2020年度の学生の定期健康診断は、感染対策のため希望者のみとなりました。健康診断の証明書発行は12月中旬以降になります。 会場にいる皆さんの人数を制限するなど感染予防を徹底したうえで実施しますので、皆さんもご協力お願いします。
The regular health checkups for students in 2020 are limited to those who wish to take measures against infection. The certificate of health examination will be issued after mid-December. We will carry out thorough infection prevention, such as limiting the number of people at the venue, so we ask for your cooperation.

■対象：　学部生（2～6年生）、大学院生、研究生など　で証明書を必要とする学生など
   Eligble Student: Bachelor 2-6 grade, Graduate Student, Research Student who need a certificate.  

■日程：　１１月５日（木）～　１１月６日　（金）　　　（男女別人数割合で時間調整しています）
　Examination Schedule: November 5th(Thurs) to November 6th (Fri) *Time is adjusted according to the ratio of men and women

■会場：　保健管理室（東山キャンパス）Venue for Examination:  Health Administration Office at Higashiyama Campus 

■健診項目：　胸部レントゲン、身体計測（身長、体重）、血圧・脈拍、問診 （尿検査と視力検査は、感染リスクがあるため実施しません）
Medical examination items: Chest X-ray, physical measurement (height, weight), blood pressure / pulse, interview (urinalysis and visual acuity test are not performed due to prevent infection)

■受健日時の予約：　10/28～11/3までWEB受付です。（定員には限りがあります。）
How to reserve : Reservation is required from Oct 28th to Nov 3rd for the examination on the website below. (Capacity is limited.)
