2023年度学生向け定期健康診断を以下の通り実施します。　詳細はこちらから→　2023年度3月定期健康診断のお知らせ.pdf

■対象学生■2023年2月時点でM１・D１・D２・D３の学生
※2022年秋期定期健康診断を受診した留学生も受診してください。
※研究生は2023年4月に実施予定。詳細は2023年3月にホームページでお知らせします。
※放射線業務従事及び有害物質を取り扱う予定の学生は、「特殊健康診断（第1回目5月上旬予定）」に加え、今回の「定期健康診断」は必須です。

■実施日■

※上記の日時に受診できない学生は、４月の定期健康診断を受診してください。（詳細は後日掲載予定）
＊必ずマスクを着用して来場してください。

■予約方法■　2月21日（Tue）から予約開始。
　　　　　　名大ID/PWを使用して、予約システムへログイン。
　　　　　　　＜保健管理室HP予約システム＞　https://www.htc.nagoya-u.ac.jp/hokenkanri/kenkoshindan/med-march/
　　　　　　　予約完了後、「健診受付票」をダウンロードし、印刷またはスマホの画面を当日受付で提示

■検査内容■  身長・体重・胸部X線・血圧・会話域聴力・健康個人調査　※コロナウィルス感染症防止のため視力検査は実施しません。
　　　　　　  尿検査・・・検査キットを学務課大学院係まで取りに来てください。提出は健診当日会場へ持参。

■会場■　　  東山キャンパス　保健管理室（情報基盤センター隣）　＊予約当日に必ず健診してください。

■持ち物■    学生証・健康受付票（印刷またはスマホ画面掲示）・両面無地のТシャツ（白以外も可）・健診当日の朝一番に採取した尿

■WEBによる検査結果■　健診を受けて3～7日後に保健管理室WEB上で確認できます。　

■健康診断証明書発行■　正規生のみ：健診を受けて3日～7日後に学内自動発行機またはコンビニ発行にて可能。

【外部医療機関で健康診断を受診する学生】 
学校保健安全法にもとづき学生定期健康診断の実施が義務付けられております。 学内の定期健康診断を受診せず、外部医療機関で受診した学生は、上記の検査内容の2023年度診断結果（コピー可）をもってこれに代えることができますので、学務課大学院係まで提出してください。この場合は、大学から健康診断証明書の発行はできません。提出期限は2024年1月下旬までです。

To Target Student

FY2023 Regular Health Examinations will carry out for current students. Reservation is required.

■Eligible Student■ M1, D1, D2 and D3 as of February 2023
* For international students who have took the health examination of fall 2022 at University are also necessary to take it at this time except YLP students.
* For research students will take it in April 2023. The information will be published in March 2022.
*For student planning to be engaged in radiation work and handle harmful substances, this "regular health examinations" is required. Special health examinations will carry out in early May 2023.　　　　

■Health Examination Schedule■　

*Student who cannot take health examinations on the above date, they can take it on April 2023.
*Please make sure to wear the mask.

■How to reserve■　Reservation starts from 21th Feburary 2023. 
Please use your student ID and PW to log in to the reservation system.

→　After booking,  download "健診受付票(Health reception Slip)" ,  print it or show your screen of your mobile at the reception on the day of reservation. 

■Medical Examination Items■ Physical measurement,  Chest X-ray, blood pressure/pulse, conversational hearing and interview. *Visual acuity test is not performed due to prevent infection. 　　　　　
Urinalysis : Please come to pick up the Kit at Student Affairs Office in Tsurumai Campus before your examination date.  

■Venue for examination■　Health Administration Office at Higashiyama Campus of Nagoya University 
■Belongings■   Student ID card,  健康受付票(Health reception Slip),  Urine on the day of reservation, plain T-shirt (colored T-shirt is possible) 
■Result on the WEB■　You can check it in 3 to 7 days after health exmination day.
■Certificates■ You can get it from Automatic Machine on each campus or print at convenience store

【For those who have their medical examination at another institution】
 Based on the School Health and Safety Law, it is obligatory to carry out regular student health examinations. Therefore, please submit the copy of the result of your health examination to the student affairs office on Tsurumai Campus. It is valid only  when you are taken between January 2023 to December 2023. Once we receive it, we will recognize that you have had the health examination for this year. Nagoya University do not issue a certificate with this result.
