2025年度定期学生健康診断を以下の通り実施します。　詳細はこちらから→2025年 健診お知らせ

■対象学生■2025年2月時点でM１・D１・D２・D３の学生
※2024年秋期学生健康診断を受診した留学生も受診してください。
※研究生は2025年4月に受診してください。
詳細は2025年3月にホームページでお知らせします。
※放射線業務従事及び有害物質を取り扱う予定の学生は、「特殊健康診断（第1回5月上旬予定）」に加え、今回の「定期健康診断」は必須です。

■実施日■

※上記の日時に受診できない学生は、4月の定期健康診断を受診してください。（詳細は後日掲載予定）

■予約方法■　2月20日から予約開始。
　機構アカウント・パスワードを使用して、予約システムへログイン。予約完了後、「健診受付票」をダウンロードし、印刷またはスマホの画面を当日受付で提示

■検査内容■  身長・体重・胸部X線・血圧・会話域聴力・視力検査・医師による診察
　　　　　　  尿検査・・・検査キットを学務課大学院係まで取りに来てください。提出は健診当日、会場へ持参してください。

■会場■　  東山キャンパス　保健管理室（外階段3階へ）＊予約当日に必ず健診してください。

■持ち物■    健康受付票（印刷またはスマホ表示画面）・健診当日の朝一番に採取した尿・両面無地のТシャツ（白以外も可）・学生証・貴重品を入れる小さめな袋

■WEBによる検査結果■　5月以降WEB予約画面で確認できます。　

■健康診断証明書発行■　正規生のみ：4月上旬に学内自動証明書発行機またはコンビニ発行にて可能。

【外部医療機関で健康診断を受診する学生】 
学校保健安全法にもとづき学生定期健康診断の実施が義務付けられております。 学内の定期健康診断を受診せず、外部医療機関で受診した学生は、上記の検査内容の診断結果（コピー可）をもってこれに代えることができますので、学務課大学院係まで提出してください。この場合は、大学から健康診断証明書の発行はできません。2025年1月から12月の受診結果を2026年1月下旬までに提出してください。当大学の職員身分の方は、職員健康診断結果の写しを提出してください。

To Target Student

FY2025 Regular Student Health Checkups will be carried out for current students as follows. Reservation is required.

■Eligible Students■ M1, D1, D2 and D3 as of February 2025
* For international students who took the student health checkup of fall 2024 at university are also necessary to take it at this time except YLP students.
* Research students will take it in April 2025. Further information on this will be published in March 2025.
*For students planning to be engaged in radiation work and handle harmful substances, this regular health checkup is required. Special health examinations will be carried out in early

■Health Examination Schedule■　

*Students who cannot take the health checkup on the above date, they can take it on April 2025.

■How to reserve■　Reservation starts from 20th February 2025.
Please use THERS account to log in to the reservation system.　After booking,  download "健診受付票(Health reception Slip)" , and show the printed slip or the screen of your mobile at the reception on the day of reservation.

■Medical Examination Items■ Physical measurement, Urinalysis, Chest X-ray, blood pressure, conversational hearing, visual acuity test and interview. 　
Urinalysis: Please come to pick up the urine collection tube at Student Affairs Office on Tsurumai Campus before your examination date. 

■Venue for examination■　Health Administration Office at Higashiyama Campus of Nagoya University 

■Things to bring■ 

・Student ID card 

・健康受付票/Health reception Slip (A printed copy of the form or download form on your mobile device), 

・Urine on the day of reservation

・plain T-shirt (colored T-shirt is possible) ,

・a small bag for valuables

■Result on the WEB■　You can confirm on the web reservation screen from May.

■Certificates■ For degree-seeing students, you can get it from Automatic Machine on each campus or print at convenience store in the middle of April.

【For those who have their medical checkups at another institution】
Based on the School Health and Safety Law, it is obligatory to carry out regular student health checkup. Therefore, please submit a copy of the result of your health checkup to the Student Affairs Office on Tsurumai Campus. It is valid only when you are taken between January 2025 to December 2025. Once we receive it, we will recognize that you have had the health checkup for this year. Nagoya University does not issue a certificate with this result.
