■対象学生■ ２０２３年１２月～２０２４年４月に初めて放射線を取り扱う学生

■必要書類 ■　問診受検票（３枚綴り） ※学務課大学院係窓口で配布中

To Target Student

4th special medical examination for students who use radioisotopes(RI) or radiation in 2023 fiscal year will be held.

■Required Documents■ Medical Interview Examination Form for Radiation-related Workers
