学生各位

以下の通り、第3回学生特殊健康診断（以下、ＲＩ検診）を実施します。

放射線障害防止法第２３条により、放射線を取り扱う者は、初めて管理区域に立ち入る前にRI健診を受ける必要があります。

■対象学生■ ２０２２年月１０月～２０２２年１１月に初めてX線あるいはRIの取扱いを始める学生
※ただし、職員の身分を兼ねる、職員のＲＩ検診の対象者となっている学生は、 人事労務係に職員RI健診の受検が可能かどうか確認してください。診断後に結果のコピーを大学院係まで提出してください。

■必要書類 ■　問診受験票 ※学務課大学院係窓口で配布中　

■健診日程■　２０２２年１０月１２日 （水）～１０月１３日（木）１３：３０～１５：３０ の２日間

■予約方法■ ９月６日１０時　～　１０月１２日９時まで

■注意事項■　①予約日時を確認し受診してください。 ②当日は学生証、及びRI問診受検票（※学務課大学院係にて配布）を必ず持参してください。③マスクを必ず着用してください。

To Target Student

Special medical examination for students who use radioisotopes(RI) or radiation in 2022 fiscal year will be held.

According to the 23th article of Laws Concerning the Prevention from Radiation Hazards due to Radioisotopes and Others, users of RI or radiation must undergo the above special medical examination before they enter controlled area for the first time. Health check sheet is issued at Student Affairs Division. Please come to Student Affairs Division and get it.


■Eligible Student■ Students who will use RI or radiation for the first time in October ~ November in 2022

■Required Documents■ Medical questionnaire form *Please come to Student Affairs Office on Tsurumai Campus for picking it up

■Examination Schedule■ October 12 (Wed) to October 13 (Thu) 13:30-15:30

■How to reserve■ reservation starts on September 6, 10:00 - October 12, 9:00
