【特殊健康診断】2021年度 第1回学生特殊健康診断（新規放射線従事者）のお知らせ Announcement of the 1st Special medical examination

学生各位
以下の通り、第１回学生特殊健康診断（以下、ＲＩ検診）を実施します。
必ずお読みください！第一回特殊健康診断
放射線障害防止法第２３条により、放射線を取り扱う者は、初めて管理区域に立ち入る前にRI健診を受ける必要があります。
■対象学生■ ２０２１年６月～２０２１年７月に初めてX線あるいはRIの取扱いを始める学生
※ただし、職員（医員・技術補佐員）の身分を兼ねる、職員のＲＩ検診の対象者となっている学生は、 人事係の案内に従い職員RI健診を優先してください。診断後に結果のコピーを大学院係まで提出してください。また、他機関で受診される方も健診後に結果のコピーを大学院係まで提出してください。
※今回の健診日時に受診できない場合は、同一の健診項目について他の医療機関にて検査を受け、その結果の証明書（問診受験票）を学務課まで提出してください。
■必要書類 ■ 問診受験票 ※学務課窓口で配布中
■健診日程■ ２０２１年５月１０日 （月）～５月１２日（水）１３：３０～１５：３０ の３日間
■予約方法■ ４月５日９時 ～ ４月２８日１２時まで 名大ID/PWを使用して、予約システムへログイン。

■注意事項■
①予約日時を確認し受診してください。 ②当日は学生証、及びRI問診受検票（※学務課にて配布）を必ず持参してください。③マスクを必ず着用してください。

Special medical examination for students who use radioisotopes(RI) or radiation
Please see the details1st special examination
According to the 23th article of Laws Concerning the Prevention from Radiation Hazards due to Radioisotopes and Others, users of RI or radiation must undergo the above special medical examination before they enter controlled area for the first time. Health check sheet is issued at Student Affairs Division. Please come to Student Affairs Division and get it.
■Eligible Student■ Students use radioisotopes(RI) or radiation from June 2021 to July 2021 for the first time
■Required Documents■ Medical questionnaire form *Please come to Student Affairs Office on Tsurumai Campus for picking it up
■Examination Schedule■ May 10th (Mon) to May 12th (Wed)
■How to reserve■ reservation starts on April 5th 9:00 - April 28th 12:00
