Application Procedures for Research Student

Prospective students must get acceptance from one of the professors in Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine before research student's application.
If you haven't contacted your intended professor, please find one from here (Click Name of laboratory > Name of a professor, and you'll see an e-mail address).
Some professors don't have e-mail address on the link. Please contact us if your intended professor does not have e-mail address.
If you have already got acceptance from a professor, you need to send us the documents listed below by e-mail.

  • Curriculum Vitae (Any form can be accepted)
  • Your research proposal (Any form can be accepted)
  • A copy of your final diploma or A copy of Certificate of expected graduation
  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of your residence card *Students who have already lived in Japan only

If data size of all files exceeds more than 5MB, please use cloud service, such as Dropbox, Google Drives, etc..
