Office of International Affairs

The Office of International Affairs is responsible for all international issues at Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine and School of Medicine. The Chair of the Office is Professor Hideki Kasuya, the Associate Dean of International Affairs. Six professional faculties from administrative staff to professional researchers and clinicians are assigned to deal with any kind of international matters. As one of our international strategies, we are striving to develop our global network in medicine for our university, and as one of our educational duties, we are developing an outstanding and well-established international program with our partner universities and provide our students with overseas opportunities through these programs contact with a global network and broaden their viewpoint. We have been able to make an agreement with world-leading universities and deepen our relationship through international events. We have hosted several international conferences and meetings to establish a relationship with each of our overseas partners and endeavor in nurturing the relationship with them. Through such activities, we are strengthening the foundation between our universities and developing our partnerships further for our future development. Also, we are proceeding with collaborative projects with them and promoting our students and faculties to work with partners for not only enhancing their skills but also deepening their knowledge.
