Repeat Patient Reception

Repeat patients with an appointment

Please complete reception procedures by inserting your Hospital Card into the repeat-patients reception machine on the first floor of the Outpatient Building by 10 minutes before your appointment time.
The repeat-patients reception machine will issue a reception slip.
Put it into the file provided, and take it to the waiting area in the clinical department where you will be examined.
The number on the top right of your reception slip is your reception number for examination.
There are seven repeat-patient reception machines on the left-hand side of the main entrance on the first floor of the Outpatient Building. They can be used between 7:50 and 17:00.

Repeat patients without an appointment

Between 8:30 and 11:00, go to the reception desk in the clinical department where you will be examined.
In principle you will be given an appointment on the same day, but as priority is given to patients with existing appointments you may have to wait for a significantly longer time.
If you arrive after 11:00, you may be given an appointment on the following day.

Note: This may change depending on the situation with appointments on that day. Please contact the clinical department concerned in advance for details.
