We do not provide patients' information such as name, ward, or room, in response to inquiries by phone.
Visitors should obtain patient information, such as their full names or the ward and room where they are staying, from patients themselves or their family members before visiting the hospital. The hospital provides information on how to access the wards and rooms only to visitors who possess this information. Otherwise, we are unable to provide any information about patients and their locations.
The following is a part of our visiting rule to allow our patients to spend comfortable life in the hospital. Patients and visitors must observe the rules. We may refuse your visit or ask you to leave the hospital, if you don't follow them.
