Upon acceptance of an article, including invited review article, for publication, the copyright of the article shall be exclusively assigned to the Nagoya Journal of Medical Science Editorial Board. The Editorial Board shall have the right to publish the article in any medium or by any means.

For authors whose paper has already been published in NJMS

If you wish to reproduce your NJMS paper, wholly or partially, in any form, shape, or manner, whether print or online, you must obtain permissions from the NJMS Editorial Board. Please download the Reproduction Request Form, available below, and fill it out. Print the form. If you choose the English form, make sure to sign it. If you choose the Japanese form, make sure to sign it and affix your Japanese seal (i.e., hanko) as well. Scan and save the form as a PDF file. Return the scanned request form to the NJMS Editorial Office via e-mail (library2[a]med.nagoya-u.ac.jp). Please include “NJMS: Reproduction request” in the subject line of your e-mail.

For authors whose paper has been accepted, but not been published yet in NJMS

You may NOT reproduce any versions of your paper other than the final published version, wholly or partially, in any form, shape, or manner, whether print or online. The final published version refers to the version that is approved, formatted, copy-edited, and typeset in PDF by the NJMS Editorial Office.

Note that you can link to the publisher version by describing the DOI (http://dx.doi.org/[DOI of the Article without brackets]) on your personal website or institutional repository and forth.
