海外渡航・海外留学 Travel/Study abroad
海外渡航をするときは、海外旅行（留学）保険への加入、海外渡航届、留学願（交換留学の場合）※以下の海外渡航データベースから出力。が必要です。
All students who will be traveling abroad (including sightseeing trips) must enter the information
in the Overseas Travel Database at least one month prior to the departure date.
■海外へ渡航をする際は、大学側から急の連絡を要する場合もありますので、必ず海外渡航データベースで渡航情報登録後、学務課および指導教員に「海外渡航届」をメールで提出してください。交換留学の場合は、「留学願」を印刷し、指導教員の押印を得たうえで学務課へ提出してください。
When traveling overseas, you may need to contact us urgently from the university, so be sure to register your travel information in the Ooverseas Ttravel Ddatabase and submit your Ooverseas Ttravel Nnotification to the Student Affairs Office and your supervisor by email. If you are an exchange student, print out the Study Abroad Application, get your supervisor's seal, and then submit it to the Student Affairs Office.
海外旅行保険への加入について
本学部・研究科では、学生が大学の教育・研究活動で海外渡航する場合、学研災付帯海外留学保険（付帯海学）及びTSS（海外留学生トータルサポートサービス）へ加入した上で、大学が学生の個人情報を取得することを渡航前に同意いただくことを推奨しています。上記の保険加入にあたっては、大学院係に問合せてください。
なお、大学の派遣プログラムで海外渡航中に生命、身体に危害が及ぶ緊急事態が発生した場合は、派遣プログラムの代表者及び指導教員に連絡すると共に、以下のメールアドレスにも状況を連絡してください。
