The Graduate School Thesis Defense Meeting (kenkyu happyokai) will be held in accordance with the guidelines. If you wish to participate, please read the guidelines carefully and submit the application form and other documents to the Student Affairs Division by the deadline.

※2026年9月末修了・満期退学の必修条件となりますので、修了・満期退学を予定している場合は必ず申込んでください。Presenting a thesis at the Thesis Defense Meeting (kenkyu happyokai) is a prerequisite for ABD and graduating with PhD. |
【申込み Application】
4月3日（金）正午までに下記2点を大学院係へ提出してください。
Submit the following 2 documents to the Student Affairs Division by noon on Friday, April 3.

抄録を電子データでご提出いただいた際、受領に係る個別のご返答はしておりません。申込み締切以降、申請者全員の申込書及び提出された抄録データを確認のうえ、4月中旬に一斉に受領通知を送付しますので、提出後は、しばらくお待ちください。
なお、大学院係から申込者への連絡は学生用機構メールアドレス（～@s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp）へのみ送信しますので、転送設定を行うなど必ず確認できるようにしてください。（満期退学者についてはその限りではありませんが、セキュリティの観点から、なるべくフリーメールアドレス以外でのご連絡にご協力ください。）
We do not respond individually for confirming to receive the abstract. We will send the notification email to all applicants after the application deadline.
After application, we will send emails to only your THERS email address. If you have another e-mail address that you use mainly, please set up for e-mail transferring. This does not apply to those who are not Nagoya University students (ABD), but please cooperate to use an email address other than a free email account for a security purpose.
【学位申請について Degree Application】
学位申請は別途手続が必要となりますので、大学院係にて手続気を行ってください。
学位を取得するためには、ジャーナルへの論文投稿、学位申請（対象学年：4年生）が必要です。
締切には余裕をもって申請を行ってください。
