【特殊健康診断】2023年度に継続して放射線業務を行う方へ

2023年度も継続して放射線業務を行う方は、放射線業務従事者特殊健康診断問診受検票を大学院係まで取りに来てください。その後必要個所を記入し、大学院係へ提出してください。
問診受検票の提出期限は、２０２３年５月1２日です。　

Student who is a continuing worker of radiation-related work, please visit and fill out the 'Continuing Worker'column of the Medical Interview Examination Form and submit in to the Student Affairs Division in Tsurumai Campus by May 12th, 2023.
