学生有害化学物質取扱状況調査について

本年の調査票は学務課大学院係で配布しています。
調査対象の化学物質に変更がありますので、昨年の調査票は使用できません。

医員であるか、否かを問わず、調査対象にあたる学生は、調査票を７月１９日（火）までに鶴舞地区学務課（大学院係）へ提出してください。

調査票には、指導教員※の署名ないし捺印が必要です。
※提出前に、講座の長（教授、教授のいない講座は准教授）に内容を確認いただいてください。

（有機溶剤、特定化学物質を取り扱わない学生は提出の必要はありません）
To All Students who Fill the Requirements Below

調査の対象者：
（１）有機溶剤を取り扱う学生
（２）特定化学物質を取り扱う学生
ただし、休学者と他大学に留学中の者は調査対象ではありません。

調査の目的：
実験・実習・研修等で有害化学物質を取り扱う学生の健康状況調査を目的とします。
なお、検査が必要な学生については、検診を１０月に予定しています。

In the course of own study, research or experiment,
(1) students using organic solvents
(2) students using particular chemicals
have to check the materials and substances they use among the chemicals on the review sheet.
Come to get a sheet at the office window of Gakumu-ka.

This coming 19 July is a deadline for submitting the checked sheet.
Save the students taking a leave of absence from school and studying abroad or internally in the other universities and institutes.
