Young Leaders' Program (Healthcare Administration Course)

This program is designed for healthcare administrators, healthcare managers, and professionals in public health from developing countries who are expected to assume national leadership roles in the health sector in the future. Through an intensive, short-term program, participants will acquire knowledge and skills in health administration, health economics, and health statistics, with the aim of enhancing their capacity to address challenges in the health and healthcare administration sectors of their respective countries.
To deepen participants' understanding of Japan's health and healthcare administration systems, site visits to a variety of healthcare facilities, research institutions related to healthcare and public health, as well as central and local government agencies are included. In addition, the course provides opportunities to build an international network of professionals, which is one of its key features. All instruction in this course is conducted in English.
