Health Administration Office (Branch Office) and Mental Health

Nurses provide first aid for injuries and other emergencies, and refer students to hospitals in the Health Administration Office. Please feel free to come to the office when you are not feeling well or are unsure whether to go to the hospital.
However, there are times when the office is closed for health checkups and other operations.

Health Administration Office (Tsurumai Campus Branch Office)

Office Hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays, New Year's holidays, and health checkup days)

Mental Health Care (Mental Health Consultation)

Psychiatrists are available every Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and clinical psychologists are available every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, by appointment only.

Please feel free to consult us about any concerns you may have about interpersonal relationships, student life, or research labs.

For First-Time Consultations

Please email the Health Administration Office on the Higashiyama Campus (hokekan◎htc.nagoya-u.ac.jp(Please send a message after replacing "◎" mark with "@" mark. )) with the following information:
(1) Name
(2) Department/Facultty
(3) Year
(4) Contact information (email address or phone number)
(5) Consultation content
*For the consultation content, you can briefly describe the content, or simply write "I would like a mental health consultation".

For Second-time or Later Consultations (including when rescheduling an appointment)
