Travel/Study abroad
All students who will be traveling abroad (including sightseeing trips) must enter the information in the Overseas Travel Database at least one month prior to the departure date.
■When traveling overseas, you may need to contact us urgently from the university, so be sure to register your travel information in the overseas travel database and submit your printed overseas travel notification (if you are an exchange student, in addition to your study abroad application). Please print it out, get your supervisor's seal, and then submit it to the Student Affairs Office.
Overseas travel insurance
School of Medicine recommends that all students traveling abroad for educational and research activities enroll in the Study Abroad Insurance Coupled with "Gakkensai" (Futai-kaigaku) and TSS (Total Support Service for Students Studying Overseas), and that they consent to the university collecting their personal information before departure.
In the event of an emergency that endangers life or physical safety while traveling abroad as part of a university exchange program, please contact the program representative and your academic advisor, and also report the situation to the following email address.
