Methods and Criteria

A comprehensive written selection examination is conducted to assess not only the basic academic ability, specialized knowledge, and ability to read and write academic papers in English required for research in doctoral course, but also the desire to pioneer new fields with intellectual curiosity and a spirit of scientific inquiry, and the deep insight to view things from multiple perspectives based on the admission policy of the Graduate School of Medicine.
