●各専門分野が開講する講義を、入学から2～3年以内に15回以上受講してください（平成29年度入学までは10回以上、平成30年度以降入学者は15回以上）。
●どの専門分野を受講しても構いません。 受講の際には、必ず「基盤医学特論　履修カード」を持参し、 受講すると受講確認として、日付の記入と実施講座の長の押印がされます。
●オンライン講義の出席確認については講義中の指示に従って下さい。
●履修カードに日付の記入と押印がない場合は、無効となります。 （オンライン講義の場合を除く）
●「基盤医学特論　履修カード」を紛失した場合には再発行できますが、 最初から講義を受け直していただくことになります。
●特徴あるプログラムを受講した場合、 基盤医学特論履修カードへ押印または オンラインの場合は記入できます。
その場合は特徴あるプログラムへの同時押印、オンラインの場合は記入はできません。どちらか一方のカードのみ。

ご自身のGoogle Calender から基盤医学特論専用カレンダーを表示することが可能です。 方法については、次をご参照ください。基盤医学特論専用Google Calender について　ログインIDとパスワードについては、新入生ガイダンス時にお渡ししています。
Take at least 15 lectures in each specialized division within 2 to 3 years of admission. It doesn't matter which divison you take.
If you take the lectures, make sure to bring "Attendance Card" with you or it will be dated and stamped by the head of the course as confirmation of attendance.
For the comfirmation of attendance at the online lecture, follow the instructions by the instracter during the online lecture.
If the "Attendance Card" is not dated and stamped, it will be invalid except the online lecture.
If you lose your "Attendance Card", it can be reissued, but you will have to take the lecture again from the beginning.
TokuPro may be offered as a Tokuron.  In this case, only one card will be dated and stamped. Please bring the desired  attendance card.
