Nagoya University Medical Library’s primary users are the medical students and faculty, researchers, staff members at the University Hospital.

We strive to support educational and research activities. The library’s online resources are used heavily by faculty and researchers. We are equipped with new electronic services including e-journals, e-books, and databases, in addition to the conventional library materials. Other services include; assistance and guidance from an expert librarian, PC corner, editing and publication of "Nagoya Journal of Medical Science", and "Scientific Achievements in International Languages of Nagoya University School of Medicine and Graduate School of Medicine".

In addition, the Medical museum is housed in the library. It exhibits the archives of the annals of Nagoya University School of Medicine along with historical collections of related documents and artifacts. The museum serves not only as the place to preserve the local history but also as the path finder to share a vision of the future in the region.
