Registration

1. Click the button below. Registration application form will be displayed.
2. Input the necessary items in the form.
3. After checking your input items, press the "Submit" button to complete your application.
4. After the application is completed, auto reply with the receipt number will be sent to the registered e-mail address. If you do not receive it, please contact the registration desk.
5. No registration will be confirmed without payment of registration fee.
6. After registration fee is received, a registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address within a week.

Hotel Accommodation

Rooms of the following hotels have been reserved with special rates.

1. For room reservation, please apply with registration application form by Apr. 20, 2011.
2. No reservations will be confirmed without payment of accommodation fee.
3. Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis, so please choose to second choice.
4. The name of the confirmed hotel will be informed to you within 1 week.

Payment

Payment should be made by credit card (overseas participants only) or bank transfer (Inside Japan only).

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration office to avoid any trouble.

The cancellation charges are:

Registration	No refund.
Hotel Accommodation
Up to 14 days prior to check-in date:	No charge
13-7 days prior to check-in date:	10% of one day room charge
6-1 days prior to check-in date:	40 % of one day room charge
No show without notice given:	100% of the accommodation fee

Refund

Refund will be made after the conference period
